FITNESS JOURNEY

My message to everyone is to not be afraid of who you are.  The Fitness Industry can be intimidating sometimes and it's difficult to really put yourself out there.

However, with body confidence comes self-confidence. Don't be afraid to encounter negativity or failure - it's just an opportunity to rise above it.

Find out how I trained a 160KG Bench Press, 260 KG Deadlift, Backflip, Dunk, Human Flag, Muscle-Up, 30+ Pull-Ups, 1 Arm Pull-Ups & Running A (8:17) 2.4KM/1.5 MILE.  All while managing a full-time degree, business and modelling on the side.
