My message to everyone is to not be afraid of who you are. The Fitness Industry can be intimidating sometimes and it's difficult to really put yourself out there.
However, with body confidence comes self-confidence. Don't be afraid to encounter negativity or failure - it's just an opportunity to rise above it.
