About My Fitness Programs

As a full-time student in Singapore Management University, part-time model and now running my own business, I can understand the rigours of a heavy workload and how hard it is to find time to workout, which is why my program is catered to the working adult who only has 30-45 minutes to train. 

​

My athletics background involves being in Track & Field for the last 10 years. I am also an avid Adventurer – with certifications in Combat Diving, Rock-Climbing, White Water Rafting, Skydiving, as well as Exercise Science.

 

At the age of 21, at 5’11 (180cm) and 175lbs (77kg).

 

I learned to Dunk, Backflip, Muscle-up, and 1 Arm Pull-up.

I benched 350lbs (150kg), deadlifted 585lbs (260kg), and ran a 5 min Mile (1.6km).

 

I have trained for over 10 years now and I am currently documenting my journey on social media with my workout vlogs and feats.

 

My philosophy is that you don’t train to look good, you train to keep active, have a healthy mind, and be the most athletic version of yourself. Looking good, is just a by-product of training for athleticism. This is why I developed my Athletic-Aesthetic program so you can be athletic and aesthetic at the same time!

What can you expect from this program?​

​

My program will not get you abs or will it get you toned arms immediately, but what I can guarantee you is that in just 4 weeks, I can assure you that you will be more athletic, build lean muscle and burn fat so I can get you to your dream body.

​

What I need from you?

​

I just need 45 minutes of your time 6 day a week. Limit your gym chit-chat and texting, and fully focus on giving the workout your all. In this time, you to push your body to the limits with blood, sweat and intensity.

 

Considering that this is a 6 days/week program. Do remember to stretch, warm-up and follow the workouts accordingly to ensure you don’t ache as much.

Knowing Your Body Type & Limitations

 

In this program, we also discuss body structure, basal metabolic rate, basic nutrition, ape index, femur length and optimised workouts for your body type.
